If you work at a computer regularly, then you can perk up your mood just by changing your desktop wallpaper from time to time!
If you've never changed your wallpaper, the easiest way is to right-click on the image you want (and for best results, it should be a very large image, which is essentially all "wallpaper" is) and select "Set as Background".
