It wouldn't be difficult to find a different festival to attend every weekend in Simcoe County, and if the Weather Network is to be believed, this is going to be a lovely weekend for it.
The 5th Annual Barrie Waterfront Festival takes place this weekend, with tons of music, food and fun to be had. The main stage is headlined by Canadian singing star Suzie McNeil (her song 'Supergirl' is currently all over the radio). Other must-sees include folk singer Murray McLachlin, bluesy Treassa Levasseur, and serious rockers Low Level Flight. Click here to view the entire lineup of incredible musical performances planned.
For the kids there's also a midway, face painting, buskers and a Family Stage with music to get the little ones dancing.
